Delivery & Returns


Delivery within the UK can take anything from 1 - 7 working days and are posted via Royal Mail standard post (limited tracking is available). International orders are all posted with tracked postage which is costly but comes with tracking.

Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. We can not control the postal system and therefore ask you to be patient, it will get there!


Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are purchasing via Etsy, they will take that payment from you and pass it on to the necessary authorities. If purchasing via the websites shop, you will need to pay taxes and import duty when your item reaches you. We are not responsible for these costs.


As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.

We want you to receive your Rowan's Soaps goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

Returns should be posted to the above address within 7 days of receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Rowan's Soaps before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.


Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

We strive to keep our business as environmentally friendly as possible.  All our packaging is made with paper that is recyclable or re-usable from our labels and the paper we wrap the soaps in to the postal boxes and stuffing.
